Canyon Spectral:ON | EMBN's First Look At Canyon's 1st Ever E Mountain Bike

Canyon have launched their brand new E bike Platform, the Spectral:ON! Canyon invited Steve Jones out to Nice to get the lowdown on their first step into the E bike market. Subscribe: http://embn.me/subscribenow Check out our shop: http://embn.me/27 Based around the recently redesigned Spectral Platform, the Spectral:ON is a 150mm E MTB, sporting a Shimano Steps E8000 motor and a practical, yet neat external battery system. Canyon ran with the decision to use two different wheel sizes on this bike. The front end runs a 29er wheel on a 30mm rim whilst the back sports a smaller 650b wheel on a wider 35mm rim, accommodating a plus sized tyre for extra traction. The Spectral:ON will use Canyon's direct sales platforms to reach 5 initial markets, Austria, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom with plans to roll out to more markets soon.
